Small Group Training

We have created the perfect conditions here to work on your training goals without distraction. In addition to personal training, we also offer this option in the form of small group training. You train together in a group of 2 to max. 6 people that you can put together yourself (think of friends or colleagues). Focus points of a small group training are the same as those of a personal training, namely personal guidance and achieving the very best training results. The big advantage of this form of training is that you can share the costs.
Together with your group you train in your own private gym where only you and the trainer will be present. This allows us to focus on training and achieve the very best training results for each individual athlete.
